Who will lead the tours?

Most tours will be led by Ken Chapman.

Ken has been an active birder for over forty years, initially in Kent, in the South East of England, but he has lived in the Midlands for nearly twenty years, so he knows the local area very well, plus the key birding sites elsewhere in the whole of the United Kingdom. He is a qualified bird ringer ('bander'),  has been an active member of several wildlife conservation societies and has co-led a number of birding tours in this country for a well-known American birding tour operator. In the past he has taught adult classes in birding/wildlife studies and has also birded elsewhere around Europe and the rest of the World, including East and North Africa, Central and North America and India.
